By booking via our website, phone, email, or in person, you are accepting all the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. The 5 Golden Rules

3. Definitions

• “Terms”: These terms and conditions.

• “Campsite”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”: The Bruce Arms, Easton Rd, Pewsey, SN9 5LR

• “Website”: www.brucearms.co.uk

• “Booking”: A reservation made via our website, phone, email, or in person.

• “Arrival Date”: The date you are due to arrive.

• “Prices”: The cost of services as detailed on our website.

4. Contract

• By submitting a booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms.

• We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes apply immediately when posted.

• Failure to comply with the rules may result in your removal from the site without a refund.

5. Making a Booking

• Book online, via email, or by phone.

• Bookings are non-transferable.

• At least one guest must be 21 years or older.

• Group bookings (6+ people) require prior approval.

• The site is for recreational camping only.

• No-Shows: Please inform us 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend. Failure to do so may block your email from future bookings.

6. Rules of the Site

• Respect fellow campers and the environment.

• Supervise children at all times.

• Dogs must be on a lead, not left unattended, and cleaned up after.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.

• No fireworks, Chinese lanterns, or weapons.

• Drunken or disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated.

• No open fires—BBQs are permitted if off the ground.

• Speed limit: 5 MPH across the site.

• Take large rubbish items home—you may be charged for excess waste.

• No unauthorised storage of caravans/tents beyond your stay.

• Visitors must be registered with site management.

• Late arrivals (after 11 PM) must park by the pub to avoid disturbing others.

• 🚗 Vehicle Policy: Each booking includes one vehicle per pitch. Additional vehicles will incur an extra charge and must be registered upon arrival.

7. Prices

• Prices are per night unless stated otherwise and include VAT.

• Prices may change at any time.

• Promotions are subject to availability and may not be combined.

8. Payment

• Advance payment is preferred.

• Non-payment will result in the cancellation of your booking.

9. Cancellations, Refunds & Amendments

• Free amendments if made 14+ days before arrival.

• £20 amendment fee if within 14 days of arrival.

• No refunds unless 2 months' notice is provided (admin fees apply).

• Full balance due before pitching.

10. Liability

• We are not liable for loss, damage, or personal injury, except in cases of negligence.

• We are not responsible for weather conditions, wildlife, or natural events.

• Vehicles are parked at your own risk.

• Insurance is recommended for personal belongings.

11. GDPR (Data Protection)

• Your data is stored securely and used only for your booking.

• We do not share data with third parties.

• You can opt-out of communications at any time.
